I understand the scratcher. We left 3 of those home alone while we came here. We are returning home tomorrow. We left lots of food, water and kitty litter down for them. We propped all the inside doors openso they couldn't shut anybody up. Hopefully they will forgive us. I tried to catch them to board them at the vet. They tore me up and went into hiding and I couldn't find them. So it's on them that they were all home alone, lol.
Oh and I gave Travis' wife Tanya a copy of you Spook Season. She was very surprised and happy. She was going to look you up on Substack. Not sure if she has had time to do that yet. Her name is Tanya Honeysette.
We aren't blood related but I still consider you family. We have the same aunt. You are blood related to her and I am blood related to her husband. Aunt Dee and Uncle Herb. Two wonderful people we will be with again some day. Hugs to you and yours (including those sweet furries.)
Thank you. I hope that all has been well with you and that you had a wonderful Christmas? I don't know Aunt Dee but aunt Gert was my mom's sister. I hope that you have a Happy New Year. I'll be working until the 2nd.
Don't get old, it's hard to remember things. Aunt Dee was married to Uncle Herb's brother Russ. I was thinking Aunt Gertie but for some reason my brain told my hand to say Aunt Dee. My dad, Bill was Uncle Herb and Uncle Russ' brother.
Paula and I came to West Columbia, Texas on Sunday to spend Christmas with her brother, Travis. I booked the hotel through Jan. 1st. His son had his 24th birthday today. I think we will say our good-byes tomorrow and head home to Louisiana Sunday morning. I didn't think about everybody drinking in the New Year. I would rather not be on the road with all those drivers who partied all night and now are driving incapacitated. Hope you are able to relax before going back to work. I have an idea what your going through during inventory time. I worked for Walmart 23 years. I retired in 2016. Give Dukee and Mia hugs from us. One day we will get over your way to meet you in person.

Well, my thinking is sometimes home is more comforting then the vet even if they are alone. take care out there and Happy New Year.

Oh cool, thank you. I'll keep an eye out for her.
