I used to think that only me and a few others in my world appreciated God's creations. But I have found out that many of you actually take the time too to look around at all of his work. In a world with so much sorrow and conflict, it is important to take in as much peace as you can. And one way to do that is to get outside and go to a favorite spot of yours.
Where I live at the moment, the area in the picture above has been a peaceful place for me. I get to see all kinds of wildlife, such as turtles, various birds, an alligator and this last time, a few water snakes. It was fascinating to watch snakes move in the water. That is a critter in my mind that I usually connect with land and not water, but there they were. Some of God's beautiful creations slithering in the shallow water.
Where ever it is that you find the most peace, try to go there often. Or if that place is not easily accessible then find an alternative. It is important for your mental health to leave the everyday grind behind you once in awhile. By letting go of your troubles even for half a day, it will help you. You will find yourself more relaxed and able to think clearer.
When you get back to your daily routine, it might not feel as bad as you thought it was. Spending a little time out and doing something enjoyable will most of the time make life better. You will probably feel more at peace with what you need to do then. So tell me, where do you find the most peace? Are you going to get out and boost your mental health?
Until next time, I hope that you have a wonderful day and God bless.
Getting out once in a while is definitely a feel of relaxation and a relief of stress or troubles on your mind. God does create so much wonder.
