I know that I have probably said this before but I will say it again. It is healthy for you to find something or someone to love. When you do something that you enjoy it activates the happy endorphins in your brain. When you spend time with someone you love and cherish, it can also activate happy endorphins. And feeling happy more often is better than feeling sad.
I spend a lot of time with my buddy in the photo. And we enjoy each other's company most of the time. When I look at him, even in a photo he brings a smile to my face and I feel happy. Of course I have my nieces and family too who also bring smiles to my face. And when I get to be with them I cherish every moment and am happy.
Now, I don't know what you enjoy or who brings a smile to your face but think about it. The next time you see someone you love, really embrace the moment and think about how you feel. Or the next time you do something that you enjoy think about it and understand how you feel. I bet that it's a great feeling that you don’t want to stop.
So, why should that feeling stop? Sometimes I wish it didn't but life can get serious sometimes. That's why it is up to you to create balance in your life. When you are having a bad day for some reason make sure you find something that makes you smile. Do something that will kick those happy endorphins into high gear.
