Everyone’s Mental Health Needs To Be Healthy
Everyone of us needs to pay attention to our mental health. It is very easy to become stressed or overwhelmed with the struggle’s that life can throw at us. And it’s easy to blow it off and say that we are fine, or that everything will be okay. When in actuality it is best to be aware of your thoughts and feelings. It is best to understand why you might be feeling the way you are. And sometimes we need resource’s and support to help us.
Mental Illness Or Not
Whether you have a mental illness or not, having resources and support to keep your mental health healthy is important. I have been using various resource’s for years to help me get through tough times. The other day I ran across a website that is full of resources.
It has a group for teenagers who want to talk to other teenagers about their problems. A group for LGBTQ+ to talk to others who understand where they are coming from. Peer support for people who consider themselves as transgender. It has a resource to a group for people who struggle with eating disorders. There are a couple groups sponsored by NAMI, and a couple others as well to help people.
It is refreshing to see this kind of help available for people, and much of it is free.
