In this hustle and bustle of life it is good to have some downtime. Whether it's just a walk in the park or taking a nap, getting mental and physical rest is important.
Do you worry about something at your job or with your kids? Many people do and that's why downtime helps. When we turn our focus onto something more enjoyable it will ease the stress that we might be having. Even taking a nap or getting more sleep will refresh our thinking.
