After detective Williams and officer Dunken left the victims house, they went over to Mike Cooper’s place. Mike welcomed them inside and sat down to talk to them. Williams asked Mike if he spent anytime with Miss Dotsen outside of doing landscaping for her and he said no. Mike told them that he only saw her the one time when he put in a new flower bed for her. Officer Dunken asked him if Gary Page was there with him and Mike said yes and that he was creeping the lady out like he does with all the rest.
“So you actually see what he does?” Williams asked.
“Well, it’s not that he does much, it’s how he looks at the women. I can tell that they feel uncomfortable when he looks at them. It’s probably good that he quit the company because I wouldn’t doubt that they would start to lose business because of him,” Mike said.
“You wouldn’t happen to have something of his that might have his DNA on it, would you?” Williams asked.
“No, he never rode with me. You’re better off asking Ben at Landscapers-R-Us. He might have something… You think Page killed those women, don’t you?” Mike asked.
“We can’t say, we’re just covering all bases,” Dunken said.
