Jonathan turned his blinker on, slowed down, and turned into his driveway. Ben followed him in, driving his Red Chevy Silverado. Jonathan pulled around the back of the house like usual, but Ben stopped in the driveway along the side of the house. Jonathan got out of his car and walked over to Ben as he hopped out of his truck.
Ben lowered the gate of his truck and pulled one of the chairs forward.
“Here you go,” Ben picked it up and handed Jonathan the chair.
Jonathan carried it around to the back of the house. Ben got the other chair and small table out of the truck and carried it over to Jonathan. There was a nice semi-grassy area just a few feet away from the back porch where Jonathan put his chair. Ben put the other chair down and set the small drink table in between the two chairs.
“There, now when I’m grilling or whatever, I have a nice sitting area back here,” Jonathan looked at Ben.
“Where are you going to put the second set?” Ben asked.
“Oh, on the front porch. I like going out there occasionally,”
Ben glanced around the area and sort of recognized some of it, “this wouldn’t be the house that’s been on the news is it?”
Jonathan sighed, “unfortunately yes… I’ll be glad when that news passes over,” Jonathan said.
“Yeah, I can imagine… What did they say, they found three bodies here?” Ben looked out past the barn.
“Yeah, and I found one of them under my barn,” Jonathan pointed.
