The Day With Dukee And Mia

“Are you comfortable like that because you look silly?” Dukee asked Mia.

“Yes, it’s very comfortable,” Mia said as she watched the bird in the tree.

Dukee snickered at her and then also turned and looked out the window.

“I’m sure that you have laid in strange positions and found it comfortable,” Mia said as she looked down at Dukee.

“Yes, I guess I do. I curl up sometimes and have my head upside down,” Dukee said.

.”I bet I can curl up into a ball tighter than you,” Mia said.

“Well, you are smaller than me so I wouldn’t doubt it,” Dukee licked the top of his left paw.

“My favorite position is laying on my side and all stretched out. But I also like to lay in between my mom’s legs when she’s home,” Dukee said.

”Yeah, I lay next to my mom in the early morning so that she can give me an all over body massage,” Mia said.

“Yeah, my mom gives me some good petting and brushing too,” Dukee said.

“I don’t like to be brushed,” Mia said while she watched a butterfly flutter close to the window.

“Why not it feels good,” Dukee said.

“I’m not sure, but it sort of tickles,” Mia said and stretched out her right paw.

“Yes, I can understand that,” Dukee said.

But isn’t it cute how cats lay and fall asleep? Or even the way they roll around and try to look cute. Animals in general are fun to watch and be around. Do you have a pet or do you like animals? If so what kind of animal do you have or like?
