The little boy let go of Reese’s hand and pointed.
“See, there it is,” the boy said.
Officer Reese walked up to the creature. It was about the size of a large dog, and it was dead. Flies were buzzing around it, and the smell was horrible. Just then the little boys' mother stood outside the door.
“Dominick, I told you to stay away from that thing,” the lady yelled.
“I got it Maam, thank you for calling. You might want to go by your mom now,” Reese looked at the little boy.
The little boy ran over to his mother, and she pulled him inside. Reese pulled her cell phone out to call the sheriff. She told him what was there and asked what to do with it. He said that if she could, to bag it up and bring it back. Mr. Joseph Gunn had just pulled up with his company truck, so he should be able to take both creatures with him. When Reese got off the phone she knocked on the lady's door.
“I hate to bother you Maam, but do you have a large garbage bag that I can have to bag up that thing with?”
“Anything to get that stink out of here,” the lady handed Reese a bag.
