What are you thankful for?

God, thank you for always watching over me.

For giving me the brains to know when it rains.

For a loving family who always cares.

For the beauty I have on the inside and out.

Thank you for the roof over my head,

and a warm place for my bed.

Thank you for the food that you supply,

to keep me full so I don’t die.

Thank you for giving me my eyes to see,

and the generous skills of creativity.

My thank you list forever grows,

until God tells me that it’s time to go.
