Whatever kind of life that you have, always remember that you are strong. You can conquer the struggles that you have. You can overcome the trauma that you have endured. Fight to be the person that you want to be. Don’t let others drag you down and tell you that you can’t or won’t ever amount to anything.
You don’t have to do it all by yourself either. There are people and groups out there that are willing to assist you in your journey. You just need to look for them and ask for help. There is nothing wrong with asking for help. Some people around you may not see you struggling or hurting so you have to ask.
I know that it’s not easy and that you just feel like you are alone. I know some people can be mean and not care about your feelings. I know that the you don’t want to burden others with your struggles. And I know that sometimes the thought of being dead might be better.
You have just as much power within you than anyone else. Maybe even more since you have made it this far. Educate yourself on who you are and any mental disorders that you may struggle with. Knowledge is power because it can help you to conquer your struggles. Don’t give up and believe in yourself. You have the power to do anything.
