Have You Ever Started Crying For No Reason?

I have and I’m sure that many of you have. It’s not uncommon and there is nothing wrong with it. But I know that when it happens, it makes you wonder what is going on. You don’t think that you feel sad or depressed, so why are you crying? Here are a few thoughts as to why you might cry if you are not sad or depressed.

  • Hormonal changes

  • Tiredness

  • Release of stress

  • Anxiety

Crying from any of these are considered mild but if your crying episodes come more often, that’s a need to seek help. Because, hormonal changes could come from something more serious. Being over tired could be from a sleep disorder. And anxiety, if not addressed could become more serious. Some mental illnesses can also cause out of the blue crying, so if that might be a concern, I would look into it.

Otherwise don’t let the occasional cry from nowhere alarm you, because it is a way for our body to cope with whatever our body or mind might be feeling at the time. Sometimes we just need to find ways to relieve any stress that we might be dealing with. I have ran across and read many things that aid with relaxation and coping with stress. But this is one that I read, I find very interesting and I want to share it with you. Feel free to tell me what you think after you read it.
