Some days can start out good but then take a not so good turn. This will happen sometimes. Some days may not start out good at all. But you can change that. You have the mental power to make your day the way you want it. My suggestion is to always make sure that you feel at peace in the end. A silent storm might show up without notice, but always try to find peace. Work out what you can and do your best. Ask for guidance if you need to. You got this.
Now when someone else is very silent and says that they are okay, it does not always mean that they are. They could be struggling in some way. You can inquire and show support but do not force an issue. If improvement is not seen in a few days, inquire again.
Everyone has something that they have to work out. Life is not perfect for anyone. And again, you have the ability within you to change a stormy day into a sunny one. Even for someone else. Give them encouragement. Try to show them that you care. With some struggles we all feel alone at times and need support.
