People such as myself who push to be positive and happy understand that you won't feel that way every day. It is okay to not feel happy every day. Some days I just feel like I'm only existing and that's okay.
But, if you feel sad for no reason for more then a few days, something isn't right. You don't want to allow yourself to be sad or down for more than a week. Sadness leads to depression and by yourself, depression is hard to get out of.
If you find that one day you feel happy and another day you feel unsure, that's okay. Our emotions can change because of our environment too. If you are unsure about your environment, that can trigger uncertain feelings.
That is why you want to monitor your feelings and emotions to a certain point. Nobody wants to feel sad, nervous, or angry for a long period of time. If you notice that you have felt that way for some time, I suggest getting professional help. Otherwise, look at a bad day as an off day. Then try and work on how you feel for the next day. You for the most part have control of how you want to feel. Tell yourself that today is going to be a great day.
Believe that you can make your life the way that you want it. Believe that you have a lot to offer. Believe that you can do good for your family. Being happy starts with the thought process. If you wake up and believe that the day is going to be lousy, it probably will be. But if you wake up and believe that today is going to be amazing, many times, it will be.
Feeling good and feeling positive is just something that I strive for every day. I've been depressed for a long time and I don't want to go back to that. Life is more enjoyable when you look for the positive in it.
How do you look at each day? Have you thought about that before?
Until next week, have a wonderful day and God bless.
