I just want to say that even though it is good to live with a positive attitude, you will have tiresome days. You're not expected to be happy and energetic all of the time.
Life can be hard on your mental and physical health at times. So if you can, take some extra time to rest. If you need a day to just sit back and do nothing, then do it.
Have you ever sat down after a day of work and catch yourself nodding off? Well, that is your body telling you that it needs some rest. It's okay to take a nap if you need to. If you have some time to do so then do it. It will give your body and your mind a refresh.
Many times when we feel tired, we also get irritated easily. This is also a sign that we need some extra rest. If our body and mind doesn't get a good amount of rest, those positive and happy thoughts will turn sour. Days will get harder and more frustrating.
So, are you going to take what I am saying into consideration? If you're tired, then rest. There is nothing wrong with needing extra sleep.
