It's okay to have days where you don't want to do anything, but make sure that you don't have too many of them in a row. For your own good health, it's important to get your body and blood moving at least every twenty minutes.
So, my suggestion is to get up, play some music or sing a song, even if it's only in your head and dance a little. You can move and wiggle to the music and get that blood pumping. Get those muscles working too, just be careful not to overdo it.
Come on, you can do it even if it's only for five minutes. Trust me, you will notice how much better you feel mentally. And when you get your body moving, it will help your heart, and strengthen your muscles.
If dancing isn't your thing then take a short walk. Even if it's only in your yard. Get some fresh air and enjoy the pleasures that you might see. This will get the blood in your body flowing better and help you to feel better mentally.
If you can't walk then get your arms moving. Getting some parts of your body moving is better than nothing. Arm movement will also get the blood pumping and your heart working better.
