Like the picture above says, Pick Your Peaceful Place is a perfect first step. We all must have a place to go to take a time out, or refresh our thinking. Whether it is the beach, a walk in the woods, or even your back porch with no distractions.

We need the time to just relax and let the stress of everyday go. If we do not take some time to do this, it will only make handling normal stress worse. 

Skill No. 1

I don’t consider this a skill but it is very important. 

Get Plenty Of Sleep

A good 6-8 hours of sleep a night is very important because it gives our body and brain a chance to rest and refresh itself. If we don’t get an adequate amount of sleep every night, our mind will continue to struggle and fight our own thoughts. Which in turn will interfere with how we want to live a happy life.
