If you are a coffee drinker then you will understand what it is like to crave a delicious cup or glass of coffee. Some of you might enjoy your coffee black and hot but I mostly enjoy mine cold and with flavored creamer. Sometimes even topped with some whipped cream.
So what does coffee have to do with happy thoughts you might ask? Well, if you mention a nice thick chocolate shake to a child, you will probably get a big smile. Even though I do enjoy a good chocolate shake, a sweet and creamy ice coffee hits the spot more often. And what does that create? Happy Thoughts of course.
Do you have a beverage that might bring out the happy thoughts for you?
Until next time, have a wonderful day and God bless.
I have never been able to drink or eat anything with coffee or mocha. Everybody else in the family drinks coffee. I was told years ago when I was a teen that you have to acquire the taste for it by drinking it several times. I decided then and there that I was not going to keep choking it down just to get used to it. I love hot tea, iced tea, hot chocolate and Alpine spiced cider. I couldn't even stand making coffee for my folks growing up. Putting the grounds in the basket made my hands smell like coffee. I'd have to scrub my hands real good each time I was told to make dad some coffee. I would get so mad at my hubby if he used my travel mug for his coffee. I even had a thermos bottle that I told him vould never have coffee in it. I caught him one day using my mug and thermos. He said just wash the when I'm done with them. I never could use them again. The plastic parts would immediaely pick up the coffee taste and smell. Needless to say he had a lot of travel mugs to use. I quit trying to use travel mug or thermos.
I drink a lot of coffee. It starts off hot, but continue my drinking throughout the day until I'm drinking mostly cold coffee with cream, sometimes flavored.
